Medical Eligibility
You and your family are eligible for health care benefits and more! After you work 20 hours a week for four consecutive weeks you qualify for medical benefits at the beginning of the next month. This includes medical, vision, prescription drugs and an optional dental plan.
Once you are eligible for medical benefits you will be contacted by a member of the Remedy Staff and we will assist you through the application process. We offer excellent medical benefits through HMAA. For single coverage, 1.5% of your gross earnings will be deducted weekly. Family medical benefits are also available and will be explained at request. Additionally, if you enroll in medical you are eligible to enroll in HMAA dental. The cost for the dental is approximately $36.00 per month and will be deducted in full from your first pay check of each month.
