What if you could eliminate much of the risk and uncertainty of hiring a new employee? What if someone else had the responsibility of helping a new hire improve his or her on-the-job performance? And what if you were freed of the salary and fringe benefit costs of that employee during the initial employment period? |

Remedy Intelligent Staffing's Professional Development Program is the answer. We recognize that many employees perform satisfactorily during the traditional three-month probationary period. But the goal of any organization's recruitment is to hire excellent performers. Our Professional Development Program enables new employees to develop their full potential before you, the employer, commits to a long-term relationship. It enables us to work in partnership with you in developing your new employees to their highest potential through performance management. It works this way: Positions best-suited for this program primarily would be entry-level jobs to be filled by candidates who may have long-term potential, but who do not have a proven record of employment or experience. Recent college graduates are a prime example, but any position could be included. Recruitment is conducted by you and/or Remedy Intelligent Staffing. The final hiring decision would be yours. A six-month probationary period would be established for the new hire. (The three-month probation set by law is usually not sufficient to fully assess an employee's long-term success.) The new employees will be on Remedy's payroll. He or she would receive an hourly rate equivalent to the company's entry-level rate for that position. Remedy will also provide the same benefits offered our own employees, thereby saving you the cost of medical insurance, vacation and sick leave, holiday pay, 401k, FICA, TDI, and unemployment insurance and workers compensation taxes. The employer, the employee, and Remedy will communicate as frequently as necessary, with Remedy counseling the employee on any areas of improvement you suggest. Remedy has many years of management training and development experience and can provide sound business performance guidance and direction. If, at anytime, during the six-month probationary period the performance of the employee is unsatisfactory, you simply advise Remedy and the employee will be released from this assignment. You and Remedy can then decide on replacement plans. If the employee successfully completes the six-month probation, he or she is then placed on your payroll with all company benefits commencing at this time. A salary increase would be at your discretion. Remedy Intelligent Staffing's Professional Development Program is an
excellent way for you to build an outstanding organization, staffed
by bright and enthusiastic employees, at very little risk. Please call
us to discuss how you can use our services and expertise for your human
resources needs. |
